Love a Rhino are happy to offer our customers FREE shipping, Australia wide! All standard orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Priority Postal Service, with an ETA of 1-4 business days.
Shipping upgrades are available upon checkout.
REGISTERED POST – This option will be shipped both Priority & Registered Mail. Registered Post includes a tracking number with which you can track the progress of your item. Again, the ETA for this option is 1-4 business days.
EXPRESS POST – Express post also includes a tracking number. The ETA is 1 business day (where available)
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address provided, once your order has shipped. Included in the email will be a tracking number (where applicable) which you can use to track the progress of your parcel, via the Australia Post website.
Shipping times are merely a guideline and depending on where you are located, may vary. Once your order has been posted, we can not control how quickly it reaches you. If you are located in a regional area, please take this into account when placing your order.

Please ensure the address listed on your PayPal account is your current, correct delivery address, as orders which are returned to us as undeliverable, will incur a re-dispatch fee.
International orders are sent untracked, though tracking can be added, upon request, for an additional fee.
Please allow the shipping timeframes stated above before contacting us about your order. As per Australia Post, an article is not considered to be ‘lost’ in transit until it has been a full 30 days from the date of postage. Under no circumstances will we replace an order sooner than this. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided. If they are unable to remedy your situation, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will assist you.
All orders are shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays only, unless otherwise arranged.
Each of our designs are printed on 100% archival quality 200gsm matte paper, with genuine, Epson pigment inks.
Our prints are available in 2 standard sizes:
A4 – Printed on A4 paper (21×29.7 cm), with the image sized to fit an 8×10″ (20×25 cm) mat opening.
A3 – Printed on A3 paper (29.7 x 42cm), with a generous border to allow for framing.
Custom sized prints can be produced in select designs. Please contact us for details
A4 prints are packaged in a clear protective cello sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backing for extra stability, and are posted in a rigid cardboard envelope.
A3 prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid mailing tube.
All prints are sold unframed, unless otherwise noted.
OAK PRINT HANGERS
Our print hangers are made from Tasmanian oak wood that has been sanded smooth and vanished clear to seal.
The clever design utilises the strong properties of Neodymium magnets to hold your print in place, allowing for quick and easy art updates.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.
Our Wall Flags are custom made by the team at Love a Rhino, with each flag printed on 100% archival quality 200gsm matte paper, with genuine, Epson pigment inks.
Our flags are individually hand cut and come with a single Tasmanian oak print hanger.
Our wall flags are available in 2 standard sizes:
A5 – Printed on A5 paper (14.8 x 21cm)
A4 – Printed on A4 paper (21 x 29cm)
As all wall flags are cut by hand, sizes may vary slightly.
All cushion covers are produced using 100%, silky polyester fabric, making them ideal for kids’ spaces. Our cushion covers feature Velcro closures at the bottom of the cushion, for easy laundering.
Each cushion cover measure 17 x 17″ (43 x 43cm). It is recommended that our cushion covers be stuffed with 45x45cm inserts (not supplied).
You can choose from single or double sided options. (If single sided is selected, the back of the cushion will be plain white).
At Love a Rhino, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase.
Personalised orders will be printed and posted within 10 business days of proof approval being granted.
Non-personalised prints, or orders with minor personalisation (eg: a single name, word or letter) will be posted out within 7 business days of purchase. No proof will be provided for these products.
These timeframes do not include delivery.
Canvases are printed to order and as such, can take up to 4 weeks from proof approval, to be dispatched. An Express Order fee can be applied to your canvas order (ensuring your order will be dispatched within 3 business days of proof approval) for an additional fee. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this option further.
Cushion covers have a turnaround of 4-5 weeks from proof approval. This does not include delivery time.
Santa Sacks have a turnaround time of 5-6 weeks. Delivery time is on top of the quoted timeframe.
Most personalised designs include up to 2 complete colour changes. You can choose any colour from any of our existing listings or, alternatively, provide colours from www.colorpicker.com (provide six-digit code) or any similar website. Should you require further colour options, fees do apply.
Should you require a change of font/ layout, this can be arranged at an additional charge.
All other designs will be produced exactly as shown, unless otherwise arranged. If you require a change to any part of a standard design, whether it be colour/ fonts or layout, PLEASE contact Love a Rhino PRIOR to placing your order, to avoid any disappointment.
Refunds & Exchanges
A digital proof of all customised products is emailed through for approval, prior to printing. No responsibility is taken for spelling mistakes or errors once approval has been granted.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Unless explicitly mentioned, sale items are sold as is. This means they are not able to be customised (save for Names/ Details where applicable) and colours/ fonts can not be changed. Items will be produced exactly as pictured in the sample image.
Sale items are intended for personal use only and may not be onsold. As such, these items may be marked “Not for resale”. Should you be interested in stocking our product, please feel free to contact us. We’re sure you’ll find our wholesale rates very competitive.
